A journey designed as a progression

NEEMBA Academy entrusted Diam Partners with delivering its Graduate PSSR Programme : nine days of training, from 7 to 17 September 2026, for eleven young graduates set to take on responsibilities quickly.

The journey was built as a continuous progression: developing the quality of thinking, learning to express and defend one's ideas, strengthening one's ability to influence, then embodying a consistent professional and leadership presence.

Structure → Defend → Convince → Embody: the logic behind each of the nine days.

A teaching approach focused on practice

Each day alternated input and practice: real cases, analysis and synthesis exercises, speaking with feedback, management role plays, pitches and negotiation simulations.

The last day was deliberately devoted to practice: an integrative case drawing on all the skills covered, individual and group simulations, cross-feedback and, for each graduate, an individual 30-, 60- and 90-day action plan.

A teaching team working in tandem

Mariam Inna Kanouté led the first five days, devoted to critical thinking, structured thinking, public speaking and leadership. Mariame Diakité, founder of Diam Partners, took charge of persuasive communication and negotiation. The two trainers jointly led the last two days, devoted to professional presence and the final assessment.

04 · Embody
